TK Logistic Systems signs exclusive cooperation agreement in 7 countries with Korea’s Demide Global

TK Logistics System Co., Ltd. announced on the 10th that it has signed an exclusive cooperation agreement with Demide Global Inc., a leading global company specializing in the production and distribution of high-end cosmetics in Korea. The contract is valid for three years, until March 2027, and includes exclusive distribution and sales rights in seven Southeast Asian countries (Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia, Vietnam, and India). This Memorandum of Understanding (MOA) confirms the binding status in the exercise of mutual exclusive rights.

Demide Global in Korea previously signed a similar agreement on the 5th with BenTee Clothing Inc., a major retail company in the United States, granting exclusive distribution and sales rights in major supermarkets and other markets in the United States and Mexico. Demide Global, a global company specializing in the production and distribution of high-end cosmetics, will introduce high-end skin-friendly cosmetics products throughout the entire production, packaging and distribution process in Southeast Asia through the TK Logistics System.
